Service Desk

The Service Desk is the central point of contact before and during proceedings before an arbitration panel of the Court of Arbitration for Nazi-looted Cultural Property. It provides support even prior to the initiation of proceedings. The Service Desk performs all duties assigned to it under the Rules of Arbitration Rules of Arbitration impartially and in the interest of expeditious proceedings. This includes ensuring that time limits are observed, organising the case management conference case management conference, and making logistical arrangements for oral hearings, such as forwarding the hearing dates. It also records the minutes of oral hearings. At the request of the arbitration panels, the Service Desk supports the latter by providing independent and objective scholarly research and analysis.
